Bidder Terms & Conditions

By creating an account and placing bids on Benton-Franklin Auctions LLC ("BFA"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Account & Verification

All bidders must register with a valid email address and phone number. Email verification is required to activate your account, in compliance with our anti-fraud policy.

2. Binding Bids

All bids are legally binding. By clicking "Place Bid", you acknowledge that you have inspected the lot description and accept the item in its current state.

3. As-Is Items

Lots marked "As-Is" are sold without warranty of any kind. No returns or refunds.

4. No Reserve

Lots marked "No Reserve" will sell to the highest bidder regardless of price.

5. Buyer's Premium & Taxes

A buyer's premium and applicable Washington state sales tax will be added to the winning bid at checkout.

6. Payment

Payment is due within 48 hours of auction close. Accepted methods will be presented at checkout. Failure to pay may result in account suspension.

7. Pickup & Removal

Buyers are responsible for arranging pickup and removal of items per the schedule announced for each auction.

8. Soft-Close Bidding

Lots use a 2-minute soft close — any bid placed in the final 2 minutes extends the lot's end time by 2 minutes to give all bidders a fair chance.
